The Waikato District Health Board is one of the first government agencies to take advantage of the Common Web Platform (CWP). We were approached and selected to develop a full re-build of the Waikato DHB's website on the Common Web Platform (CWP).
The main challenges of the development of this responsive and highly visited website was firstly the fact that we had to be pioneers on a new platform (launched the month before our work started) and secondly to make sure the website supports IE7 and IE8.
The University of Auckland is a client that we serve via our business relationship with their advertising agency.
"Make your mark on the world" is the University's well known campaign to attract new students. Room9 has developed the last four generations of the campaign's website.
Metro Connect is the Metro Performance Glass direct customer ordering system for glass fabricators and merchants. It was developed by SilverStripe and we took over maintenance and development halfway through 2013.
Metro Connect is a proprietary Computer Aided Design (CAD) application that runs on web browsers. It is quite a sophisticated piece of technology and a complex one too. Our team needs not only to be abreast on web technology and on top of all the challenges of software development but also apply advanced mathematical skills to the project.

"Jeremy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work over the past couple of weeks. Pushing hard to meet deadlines and good turn around times with fixing bugs. It’s really nice to have a vendor that understands your requirements and the urgency thereof, and Room9 was just excellent!
We have learnt quite a bit from this rebuild and with CWP (Common Web Platform) still being rather ‘new’, there will be much more to learn in the future. Looking forward working with Room9 on phase 2..."
